4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
Respond promptly to requests for approvals, content, or feedback.
Ensure that all materials provided do not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by DigiXora remain the intellectual property of DigiXora until full payment has been received. Upon payment completion, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
DigiXora reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. DigiXora will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
DigiXora shall not be held liable for:

Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
Issues arising from third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, or plugins
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination of Services
